If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. If the reset link doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us at team@fikirdating.app and we'll help you recover access.
Open the person's profile in the app, tap the three-dot menu in the top right, and choose Report. You can also tap Block to immediately prevent any further contact. Our moderation team reviews every report, usually within 24 hours. If the report is urgent, email us directly at team@fikirdating.app with "URGENT" in the subject line.
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, messages, matches, and all associated data from Fikir within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you can't access the app to delete your account, email team@fikirdating.app from the address on your Fikir account and we'll process the deletion for you.
Lemons and Golden Lomis are consumable items purchased through Apple's App Store. Balance questions, refund requests, and billing issues are handled by Apple directly — go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions & Purchases → Purchase History on your iPhone, find the Fikir transaction, and request support from Apple. If something went wrong on our side (lemons not credited after a successful purchase), email us with your Apple receipt number and we'll correct it.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete specific information by emailing team@fikirdating.app. Full details of what we collect and how we use it are in our Privacy Policy.
